As seen the chart, the stock is moving high from 1 month duw to issue announce of Bonus. We should not forget that, when bonus/ rights/ stock split etc are given, to that extent the stock price will be adjusted at later. In pursuance to the decision to improve the investment, The Board of Director meeting was held and taken a decision and closed the window. Later taken to issue Non-convdrtible debentures. Since, it is raising from one month, it is already raised.
Beta is at 1.35 which is higher (1 or Below 1 is good) However, we have to consider the following points.

- As per MC insights, it is having Superior Financial Strength, High Growth Trend Stock Priced at High Valuations
- SWOT analysis is 10, 1, 4, 2. with 73% Whereas MC essentials is 71% and MC Technicals is Bullish which are correlating.
- It is followed by Avenue SuperMart (1st place) and Trent stood at 2nd place with M.Cap.
- As per SEASONALITY ANALYSIS – 9 out of 18 years Trent has given positive returns in April i.e. 50% chances only. Where as in the upcoming months (May & June is Good and in July it is reduced.)
- Motilal Oswal and Sharekhan are ONLY recommending continuously the other any are NOT.
- The share price forecast is Lower 3676, Mean 4563, and High is 5300.
- Analysts Rating based on 25 Analysts, But 52%, Out Perofrm 12% Hold 24% Underperform is 8% nad Sell is 4%. So, except 12%, the remaining are fever with Trents. this is a positive point.
As it is a FMCG stock, and being a Tata group company, having rood talk that, the rates in Trent are cheep than their competitors, it is good to hold as there is a chance to overlock the stock value.

What is?
- Physical shares means a certificate that is issued by the company, where you have purchased the share. It was the old method. You may recently entered in to share/ stock market, so it is appearing as new to you. I contains the details of Name of the share holder, No. of shares of which company he held with distinctive numbers showing Folio No. From and To.
2) If you are still having physical shares, you are most delayed. Govt. extended time for 2 or 3 times to dematerialize the physical shares in to your DMAT Accounts. This can protect you from loss of shares as if you lost to prove burden of Proof is very risk, time taking, chances to lost.
What should you do ?
Consult your Trading Broker (DP), where your DMAT Account is dealt with. Or put a letter by email, with a requesting that you have some Physical shares and that should be converted into demat form. For that you have to submit a Dematerialisation Request Form (DRF) along with the original share certificates and KYC documents to a Depository Participant (DP).
